The type of information we collect

How we collect information
Overall website sage data will be analysed through use of Google Analytics software. We collect and store any information relevant to a booking or potential booking if contact is made through any of the contact information or links on the NTC website.
Booking data is also obtained by PayPal for payments made online, and thus financial transaction information can be accessed by NTC staff via the NTC PayPal account.
Why we collect such information
We collect such non-personal and personal information purely for the following purposes:
To provide and operate the choir's booking and information service;
To be able to contact our visitors and users with general or personalised service-related notices and messages where required;
To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred non-personal information, which we may use to provide and improve our service;
To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.
How we store, use, share and disclose our site visitors' personal information
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our service to you. Your data will therefore be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications; these store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
Visitors’ personal information is securely stored and dealt with in line with current GDPR legislation.
How we communicate with visitors
We may contact direct enquirers to respond to their enquiry, to resolve a dispute, to collect monies owed, or to send updates or further information about a booking. For these purposes we may contact visitors via email, or, if necessary, by telephone.
